Cavedweller Bears and Aurora Borealis Bears
My latest creations are Cavedweller Bears, launched at GYTBE in May
2014, closely followed by Aurora Borealis Bears, first shown at Hugglets in September 2014. Each Cavedweller Bear is to be named after a Cave Formation, or maybe the
specific crystal found there. Cavedweller Bears each have their own drawstring natural linen pouch with a few favourite stones to prevent them feeling homesick. These colourful,
hand-dyed bears are specially created by hand in such a way that makes them utterly amazing to see and touch...no material is made in this way, so the look and feel of the bear is totally out of this
world, and can be hand-dyed in almost any colour just for you.
Waterfall Bears and Starcatchers
These are other similarly wacky ranges planned to follow soon. Their bags will
contain appropriate crystals or stars relating to that bear.
On a different style of bears, I have created my cute Frost-Teds range
of Ice Cream Bears in frosted colours of antiqued, felted mohair. Each is named after an ice-cream flavour and comes in it's own matching drawstring carry-pouch.
Jelly Belly Bears
My Jelly Belly Bears are adorably squidgy from head to toe, filled with a special
baby-like squidgy, squashable filling, having facial features which are hand-cast coloured resin on wires so features can be rotated. Each Jelly Belly Bear has their own named matching
coloured drawstring carry-pouch, closing with a Jelly Bear Pendant in a colour matching the bear.
Keep watching for new ranges being released on a regular
Commissions welcomed, and may even be hand-dyed to your own colour specifications.
On larger priced bears a lay-away can be possible.
